What to expect?

✅ Get honest, unfiltered opinions. If your product or business direction is bad or low-value, I will let you know on day one.

✅ Get product design suggestions that will increase retention rate. I love simple, minimal interfaces that don't confuse people.

✅ I will test and validate your product multiple times. I've tested 100+ platforms in the last 5 years. I hope you are ready to re-work in case it’s necessary.

✅ I will guide and push you to build the right thing. Setting up realistic deadlines is the only way to do this. Hoping you can move fast and keep a high growth rate.

✅ I will help you with pricing, competitor analysis. I'm a master at this. But understand that only A/B testing proves what really works.

✅ I will help you set up an organic marketing + scaling strategy (no ads). This differs for each product, but you will be one step closer to finding traction.

✅ If you find traction, I can help you (optionally) with fundraising, valuation, setting up cap-table, and give my honest opinions about deals that VCs offer.

✅ And if I think you are doing incredibly well - I will accept just equity (if you prefer). You won't have to pay me :) I love helping founders everyday!

✅ Generally I speak 4 to 6 times with founders each month. But happy to setup more calls if necessary (in case you are building / growing very fast).

What you shouldn't expect?

❌ I can't help with technical issues. Please ask AI to do it for you.

❌ I won't speak with your customers. That is your primary job. Speaking with me comes second. Happy to advise you on design + product roadmap based on user feedback.

❌ I can't help you with taxes, registering business or legal work. It differs for each country.

For most other things, I'm happy to help.
